Artisan Info and Application

The South Berwick Strawberry Festival is a yearly event filled with entertainment, food, artisan works, and of course, Strawberry Shortcake! The Festival grows every year but manages to keep its small-town country flavor, hosting approximately 20,000 visitors each year.

Currently there are approximately @ 120 spaces available for artisans. We have many that return year after year. In fact, there are some that have been with us for 20+ years! We review new applications on a space available rolling basis. The festival hours are 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. and the event is held rain or shine.

Please read the following carefully:

You must personally handcraft your items. No manufactured items are allowed!

If you and your craft are selected, you will be allowed to only sell the items you have presented to be juried.

Please send photos of a reliable representation of your work (not your booth layout), close-up photos are the best.

The fee for a 10’x10’ space is $180. Additional footage is available for $15.00 per foot. (10’x10’ spaces for South Berwick, Eliot and Rollinsford residents are $160, with additional footing being $15 per foot.)

Photos of your work should be sent to: Email: sbsf.artisan@gmail.com, Or mail to: South Berwick Strawberry Festival Committee PO Box 371 South Berwick ME 03908. If you send by mail, be sure to include a stamped, self-addressed envelope if you would like your photos returned to you.
